peaceful cottage, nestled between forest and vineyards, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
This spacious 120m² property features three lovely bedrooms and a large open-plan living/dining area.
Outside, a terrace overlooking a wooded park provides absolute tranquility. Located
Saumur Castle , in the hills above Dampierre-sur-Loire, this cottage, surrounded by nature and very close to the GR3 hiking trail , offers an ideal base for exploring the region .
Ideal cottage for a family or group of friends seeking peace and quiet and wide open spaces.
The accommodation
The accommodation has on the ground floor a separate entrance, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, one with a baby cot, as well as a bathroom.
There are therefore 6 beds + a baby cot distributed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park,
- 1 bedroom with a double bed opening onto the terrace,
- One bedroom with two single (or double) beds + a baby cot
Exterior of the cottage
Outside, you have a sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue facing the wooded park.
A large trampoline is available near the pool. Many outdoor games can be borrowed.
The garden is not fenced.
Animals
Your pets are welcome!
We have two horses, two dogs, and two cats. They shouldn't bother you, but you might run into them.
The Swimming Pool
The 7m x 4m swimming pool, 1.5m deep, is open during the day from April to October (weather permitting). It is heated and has a counter-current swimming system.
Children must always be under parental supervision, both inside and around the pool.
