This spacious 120m² accommodation offers you 3 beautiful bedrooms as well as a large living space in the living/dining room area.
Outside, a terrace overlooking a wooded park offers absolute calm.
5 minutes from Saumur , on the heights of Dampierre-sur-Loire, this accommodation surrounded by nature, very close to the GR3 , offers you an ideal base camp for exploring the region .
Ideal cottage for a family or group of friends wanting peace and quiet and wide open spaces.
Housing
The accommodation has on the ground floor a separate entrance, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, one with a baby bed, as well as a bathroom.
There are therefore 6 beds + a baby bed distributed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park,
- 1 bedroom with a double bed opening onto the terrace,
- 1 bedroom with two single (or double) beds + a baby bed
Exteriors of the cottage
Outside, you have a sheltered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facing the wooded park.
A large trampoline is accessible near the swimming pool. Many outdoor games can be loaned.
The garden is not fenced.
Animals
Your pets are welcome!
We have two horses, two dogs and two cats. They shouldn't bother you but you might run into them.
The swimming pool
The 7mx4m, 1.5m deep swimming pool is open during the day from April to October (depending on the weather). It is heated and has counter-current swimming.
Inside or around the swimming pool, children must always be under parental supervision.
